This week’s theme seems to have been about me accidentally injuring myself. I bit my tongue hard enough that I needed a few days of liquid meals, and just today I slammed the car door on my fingertips. Fortunately, they’re only bruised. In other news:

• I’m brushing up on NixOS and preparing my config. Currently, I’m targeting a VM, but I plan to pave and repurpose my Thinkpad next. This gives me something to do while I wait for Framework to announce what’s next for the 16.
• I spent time reorganizing my digital notes. I use org-roam to capture and connect them, but I started using org-roam-ui to visualize them. It’s quite helpful in finding orphans and islands. I haven’t figured out a good system for tagging and linking, but I think I’ll get better with practice.
• I just had my recurring blood work done yesterday. I even rescheduled my lab appointment so I would have an extra week of emergency dieting. I don’t think it’ll help, but at least I’m back on my diet. I still haven’t lost all the weight I put on from Thanksgiving!
